Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. Written so a person can read it.
What we collect
Your name and email when you sign up for the free one-sheets, fill out the business questionnaire, or join as a member; your experience level if you tell us; the questions you send in; and, for members, the account details Memberstack and Stripe need to run your membership. We also count opens and clicks on the emails we send, so we know what is useful.
What we do with it
Send you the emails you signed up for, run your membership, plan the weekly calls, and answer your questions. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services that run the site for us: Stripe for payments, Memberstack for accounts, Google for email and records, Cloudflare for hosting, and Vimeo for recordings. Each of those keeps it under its own privacy policy.
Your card number goes to Stripe and never to us.
Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Members keep getting the call reminders and library notes that are part of the membership until they cancel.
Your rights
To see, change or delete what we have about you, write to hello@modernprofessional.ai and we do it within a week.
Tracking
Our public pages carry two small measurement tags, one from Meta and one from Google. They tell us whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to ask for the free one-sheets or fill out the questionnaire, so we can stop paying for ads that do not work. They are not on the member library pages. We do not send them your name, email or anything you type. You can block them with your browser's tracking protection and the site works the same.
